Welcome to YuppMe. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.

YuppMe sells only digital educational products such as Mobile Repairing PDFs, Notes, Guides, and Technical Courses. No physical product is shipped.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products available on YuppMe are digitally delivered products. Once the product is successfully delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it is considered used.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not applicable after successful purchase and delivery.

However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Technical issue preventing access to purchased product
  • Product not delivered after successful payment

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
  • Failure to read product description properly
  • Downloaded or accessed digital content

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is completed and product access is granted.

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
